This announcement is to formally establish and clarify an existing practice that has already been enforced within our servers.

VOICE CHAT (MICROPHONE) – ENGLISH ONLY

• English is the ONLY permitted language on microphone across all servers.
• This rule is now official and effective immediately.
• This policy exists to ensure:
  • Clear communication
  • Fair moderation
  • A consistent experience for all players and admins

TEXT CHAT

• Players are free to use any language they choose in text chat.
• This rule applies ONLY to voice communication.

ADMIN ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE (MANDATORY)

If an admin hears a player speaking any language other than English on mic, the following steps MUST be followed in order:

1. Verbal Warning #1
   • Clearly instruct the player to speak English on microphone.
2. Verbal Warning #2
   • Reiterate the rule and warn of consequences.
3. Gag
   • Apply a gag if...
